Leading Through Hard Times for LTRG (Swannanoa)

Leading Through Hard Times for LTRG (Swannanoa)

To honor and support the work of Long Term Recovery Partners, we’re offering a one-day training designed for all team members in the Buncombe County Long Term Recovery Group (BCLTRG). We know leading in the wake of disaster is not easy, and this day is meant to equip you with tools that help both you and your team thrive.

Together, we’ll explore:
– How to talk about and manage stress—for yourself and your team
– Tools to help team members bounce back and stay strong in tough times
– Practical strategies to lead with confidence, clarity, and care

Please forward this invitation to your team members. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early! We hope you can join us for this time of learning, connection, and restoration as we continue building resilience in our community. If you have any questions, contact Joyce@SRCHNC.org or visit the Swannanoa Resilience Hub

Thanks to our generous partners, this training is free and open to folks involved in Hurricane Helene recovery efforts, and in the Buncombe County Long Term Recovery Group.
