All of our curricula are considered evidence-informed and are based on peer-reviewed mental health research.
Do you have to be a mental health professional to take our trainings?
We welcome participants of nearly all ages, education levels, and professional backgrounds. While our workshops are typically for adults, our Resiliency Ambassadors for Youth (R.A.Y.) program is available to high school students and even very young children can learn to use the tools we teach. If you are seeking a training that is specifically for youth, contact us so we can help design a class that is right for you.

Can you do a talk at my agency to see if there is interest in the longer training?
Yes. We can do an introduction for your agency at little or no cost. Possible cost depends on location and travel.
