Resources for Resilience is seeking a dynamic, relationship-centered Director of Advancement & Philanthropic Engagement to help grow the philanthropic support that fuels our mission of building resilience in individuals, organizations, and communities. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time role will lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts, cultivating strong partnerships with individual donors, foundations, corporate supporters, and community leaders. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on advancement professional who excels at building authentic relationships, expanding philanthropic investment, and creating meaningful opportunities for supporters to connect with our work.
