Tools for Every
Stage of Life

Growing up can be complicated. So can caring for the people you love. From childhood and adolescence to parenting and caring for adult family members, every stage of family life brings its own challenges, changes, and opportunities for connection.

When stress builds, it can affect how we communicate, connect, and care for one another, and it can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next.

Families are resilient — but they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

At Resources for Resilience, we offer trauma-informed, resiliency-focused programming that helps young people, families, parents, and caregivers understand stress, strengthen connection, and build practical resilience skills. Our work supports people at every stage of family life, helping them navigate challenges while finding ways to care for themselves and one another.

Growing the Next Generation of Resilience Leaders

Alongside our adult Resiliency Partner Pathway, we are investing in the next generation with an experience designed specifically for high school students. This unique program gives young people an opportunity to build their resilience in ways that can ripple through their schools and communities.

Resiliency Ambassadors
for Youth (R.A.Y.)

Next-gen Leaders in Resilience. High school students face unique challenges. This 8-hour program — delivered across 2 half-days — helps young leaders tap into their resilience, and access the tools they need to not only thrive themselves, but to also support their peers during hard times.

I just want to express how meaningful this experience was for my 5- and 6-year-old boys. It was engaging and fun, of course, but the experiences were curated to build important life skills that I have always found hard to “teach” as a parent. Our kids were exposed to coping skills, emotional management and growth concepts, and physical education in a way that was age appropriate which is really an amazing accomplishment. We really hope you will do more of these, especially as we continue to process, and heal, from Hurricane Helene. We all need this now more than ever!
