Resilient Family Adventure
Blaze a Trail to Resilience.
Just as the forest and mountains stand strong, our families have a natural ability to overcome challenges.
Modern families face a lot of tough challenges, so finding creative ways to support them has never been more important.
RFR’s newest offering, Resilient Family Adventure, is a 3-hour community event designed to make building resilience fun! With nature-inspired activities, arts, crafts, and stories, we’re bringing families together to celebrate the strength within us all.
As you journey through each station, collect stamps on your Adventure Card and uncover simple tips and tools to help your family grow stronger together.

Additional Questions
Do you offer opportunities for follow-up practice?
Yes. We believe that continued practice is an important part of making new skills and tools part of everyday life. We offer monthly Resilient Connections practice groups where adult participants can revisit and strengthen the skills they’ve learned. These groups are free, and anyone who has participated in an RFR training is welcome and encouraged to join us.
Participants are also invited to explore our Program Catalog for ways to continue learning and practicing with us. For organizations, our workshop packages and extended training series offer additional opportunities to deepen and expand this work.
This was incredible! As a Pediatric OT, I’m obsessed! Practical resources with really great facilitators. So much to take home and apply!
