Reconnect for Better Days

This valuable 1-hour presentation teaches why this happens to us and, most importantly, what we can do about it.

You’re not alone! This 1-hour presentation explores what you can do to help your child – and yourself – get through even the hardest days.

Keep Learning

Learning doesn’t have to end when a training does. There are several ways to stay connected and continue building resilience with us.

Resilient Connections
Our free Resilient Connections practice groups are available monthly and give former RFR participants a place to stay connected, share experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and keep learning together.

Reconnect Refresher

Bring the conversation
to your community.

RFR team members are available for speaking engagements, community panel discussions, conferences, and special presentations. We can tailor the conversation to your audience and setting, bringing accessible, practical insight into stress, the brain, resilience, and the tools people can use in real life.

We also connect with our community through tabling at local events, creating opportunities for people to meet our team, learn more about RFR, ask questions, and explore resources in a welcoming, informal setting.

Whether you’re planning a conference, bringing people together around an important community issue, looking for a meaningful speaker for your organization, or hosting a community event, we’d love to be part of the conversation.
